Return policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. FatCloth Oy offers you a full 14 day money back guarantee for unused FatCloths from the day you receive your order. Please contact us first via the contact form or via email (info@thefatcloth.com) in case you are not satisfied with our product and wish to return it so that we can manage a smooth and timely process. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in mint condition. You can either exchange your product or receive your money back. FatCloth will not cover for shipping costs, so please contact us before returning the product.

The FatCloth warranty is extended to cover any quality issues that might occur within reasonable time limit after the product has been taken into use. So if a seam starts to unravel or you'll suspect some other flaw in your FatCloth, drop us an email and we'll sort it out. However, please note that the colors of the print do fade slightly when washed or used extensively over time - this is a feature of the product and a compromise between usability and lookingoodability.

Please ensure that you return the order with sufficient postage. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us.

The terms apply where no other written agreements have been made between you as the purchaser and FatCloth Oy.

Security

This store is powered by Shopify. All stores powered by Shopify include level 1 PCI compliance web hosting and shopping cart software. Rest easy knowing customer data is secure. Learn about PCI Compliance

Payments are currently handled by Stripe. We used to have PayPal as an option too, but had too many issues with their setup and got fed up. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Basically Stripe does pretty much the same, but is easier to use.

Some personal data is collected and used from the webshops customers, in accordance with the applicable laws, for maintaining and managing the customer relationships; for developing, producing, providing and offering products or services; and for invoicing and statistical purposes.
