Return policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. FatCloth Oy offers you a full 14 day money back guarantee for unused FatCloths from the day you receive your order. Please contact us first via the contact form or via email (info@thefatcloth.com) in case you are not satisfied with our product and wish to return it so that we can manage a smooth and timely process. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in mint condition. You can either exchange your product or receive your money back. FatCloth will not cover for shipping costs, so please contact us before returning the product.

The FatCloth warranty is extended to cover any quality issues that might occur within reasonable time limit after the product has been taken into use. So if a seam starts to unravel or you'll suspect some other flaw in your FatCloth, drop us an email and we'll sort it out. However, please note that the colors of the print do fade slightly when washed or used extensively over time - this is a feature of the product and a compromise between usability and lookingoodability. 

Please ensure that you return the order with sufficient postage. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us. 

The terms apply where no other written agreements have been made between you as the purchaser and FatCloth Oy.

Payment methods

We accept all the major credit and debit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express). Payment transactions are handled by Shopify. You don't need to register or have an account to order. PayPal is also an option for those who prefer the alternative. If you want to pay via bank transfer, that can be arranged as well - just drop us an email to sales@thefatcloth.com and we'll be in touch. 

Taxes

Orders made within the EU include Finnish VAT 24%. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes. Please contact your local authorities regarding possible taxes and tariffs.

Law and jurisdiction

Finnish law and will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki, Finland.

Disclaimer

For our friends in North America (US & Canada) please use our products only for the purposes they are designed for. If you are buying them as a gift to someone, please make sure that the recipient will be informed of the usage purposes and has the sufficient amount of intelligence not to use our products as parachutes, fire blankets or other potentially hazardous purposes they are not intended for. If for some reason the products should be used for other purposes than stated in the package (wiping surfaces, drying tears, as a decorative item, blocking a sudden sneeze, or boosting confidence by tapping off sweat) this will be at THE USERS OWN RISK and FatCloth Oy will not be responsible for the potentially negative outcome of that action.
