Default free shipments will be shipped via Posti Oyj priority mail. 1-4 pieces of FatCloth will be shipped in an envelope-type package, so it should come directly to your chosen mailbox. Order tracking is currently unavailable for default priority mail but you may select a trackable parcel from the shipping options for extra fee as well. If you haven't received your package within 4 weeks of placing the order, please send an inquiry to info@thefatcloth.com and we will sort things out asap.
Tracking is available on courier shipments (DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS). Please see the current courier shipping options with pricing listed in the shopping cart page. We can also set up a special delivery according to your specifications upon request, just send us an email to sales@thefatcloth.com and we will confirm you the details.
Free worldwide shipping is normally provided via priority mail excluding possible custom and tax payments to these countries. Where the service of local mail is uncertain, please check your options with us by contacting sales@thefatcloth.com before placing your order. FatCloth reserves the rights to introduce changes in shipping policies including setting up shipping fees.
Delivery
Your order will normally be delivered to the given address by local post office. We will ship your order within one week and the usual delivery time after shipping is 2-5 working days inside Europe by Priority Mail and 4-10 working days outside Europe depending on location. If you haven't received your goods within *28 working days from your order, please contact our customer service at info@thefatcloth.com Please note that in case of "force majeure" FatCloth reserves the right to arrange shipping using other methods and couriers including possible shipping fees. Please also note that during July our shipping times are more laid back than usual due to holiday season in Finland, so please have patience!
